Fresh market has to be one of the best things here in Tripoli. Every Saturday morning people gather there to buy their weekly dose of fruits and veggies, and so do we. Huge selection of mandarins, olives, pomegranates, greens, and so on, would make any green lover (and hater) happy.

As a Finn it's hard to imagine having fresh fruits all year round, and especially in the middle of November. Usually November means rain, darkness, and more rain with freezing toes, whereas here it means lots and lots of mandarins.
